On Saturday March 21,2015 at 21:45 Station21 was dispatched to Hardin Rd for a single vehicle motor vehicle accident with injury's Engine 212,Car 21,and Rescue 218 responded and found that the vehicle hit the bridge on Hardin Rd head on there was one patient with minor injurys Station 21 personal checked the vehicle for any fire hazards none was found NCSHP arrived on scene and advised all Station 21 units could clear
Station 21 was called out to Universal Rubber Products as part of the Tanker strike team Sunday afternoon. When the fire started you could see smoke from miles away. There where more than 125 firefighters at the fire from Gaston, Lincoln, Mecklenburg and York County. Good job to all that was there and glad everyone got home safe.
Station 21 was dispatched to Church St in High Shoals for a reported structure fire. Engine 212, Engine 211, Engine 214, and Rescue 218 responded. When Engine 212 arrived on scene crews found a single story wood frame structure wit smoke showing from the roof. A little pass 9 PM on July 18 2013 Station 21 and 61 was dispatched to US Highway 321 at Hardin Road for a Motor Vehicle Accident involving two vehicles and a Tractor Trailer. Station 21 was dispachted to a report of a MVA that had rolled over at Dallas High Shoals Highway at Hardin Road. Engine 212 and Rescue 218 reponded. Engine 212 arrived on scene to find a single car MVA with the car on it roof. Rescue 218 Arrived on scene assist with traffic control and 2100 Assume Commad. Thanks to station 61 for the help.

HSFR WAS DISPATCHED OUT FOR A MVA WITH INJURIES INVOLVING AN ATV. IT WAS UNSURE EXACTLY WHERE THE PATIENT WAS LOCATED. ENGINE 212, RESCUE 218, AND QRV 21 WITH ATV 21 ALL RESPONDED TO THE SCENE. GEMS AND RESCUE SQUAD WERE ON SCENE AS WELL ADMINISTERING MEDICAL AID TO THE PATIENT.
WE WERE DISPATCHED TO A REPORT OF A RESIDENTIAL HOUSE ON FIRE. ASST. CHIEF PRESSLEY ARRIVED ON SCENE TO FIND A SINGLE STORY RESIDENTIAL HOUSE WITH SMOKE SHOWING FROM THE RESIDENCE. ENGINE 212 ARRIVED ON SCENE, CREWS PULLED OFF A HANDLINE AND BROUGHT THE FIRE UNDER CONTROL IN THE MATTER OF MINUTES. WE WERE ASSISTED ON SCENE BY AG CENTER FIRE DEPARTMENT, ALEXIS FIRE DEPARTMENT, SPENCER MTN RD FIRE DEPARTMENT, AS WELL AS THE GASTON COUNTY FIRE MARSHALL OFFICE. GREAT WORK GUYS.
HSFR WAS DISPATCHED TO A MVA WITH INJURIES, ON ARRIVAL UNITS FOUND A SINGLE VEHICLE OFF THE ROADWAY IN THE WOODS. THE PT WAS PINNED INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. EXTRICATION WAS PREFORMED AND THE PT WAS REMOVED FROM THE VEHICLE AND TRANSPORTED BY GEMS. ASSISTING DEPARTMENTS WERE AG CENTER FIRE DEPARTMENT, GEMS, AND DALLAS RESCUE.
